Consumers require immediate provision of series parts with certain types of part geometries and the appearance of tool-free manufacturing. Until recently, meeting these demands seemed unfeasible. This has led from Rapid Prototyping to industrial application of Rapid Technologies. Adding to this trend are new and improved materials, higher precision, and efficiency of systems engineering.

VG has registered a self-developed and patented refining process for diffusion dyeing of Rapid-Manufacturing-Mould Parts under the trade mark “MoldFreeps”.
